Chrissy Teigen sat down with Ellen DeGeneres to explain her recent Twitter feud with President Donald Trump.
If you weren't tuned in at the close of the weekend, Trump lashed out against Teigen and her husband John Legend after Legend appeared in a segment with MSNBC about criminal justice reform. Notably, Trump called Teigen a "dirty mouthed wife".

But Trump should have thought twice about dragging Teigen into a fight she didn't belong in, because she completely shut him down.

In the new Ellenclip, Teigen explains she had no idea what was happening until her phone started blowing up with alerts. Once the game was on, Teigen said she spent the night passing phones back and forth between Legend and herself trying to find the perfect balance between anger and viral sensation. Obviously, she nailed it.
